Why BurningSageTech exists.
I have watched tribal nations leave federal funding on the table. The need was there. The programs were open to them. What stopped the work was paperwork that required staff, specialized knowledge, and money the nation did not have to spare.
That gap is solvable. The requirements are knowable. The documents are buildable. The work can be made far less manual than it is now. What has been missing is someone who will sit with a nation, learn how its offices actually run, build the thing that fits, and then teach the staff to run it.
That is what BurningSageTech does.

Her background covers tribal enterprise development, federal Indian law, grant development, and workforce development and training. She founded BurningSageTech to close the gap between what tribal nations are eligible for and what the paperwork requires them to produce.

Tribal nations are sovereign governments. We work with your nation on that footing, and we follow your nation's processes rather than asking you to follow ours.

We listen before we propose
We do not arrive with a solution already picked. The first conversation is about what is breaking, not about what we sell.

Training is part of the work
Every engagement leaves capacity behind. If your staff cannot run it after we leave, we have not finished.

We claim only what we hold
We do not promise a rate or a dollar outcome, because the federal agency sets the rate. We do not name a client without written permission. We do not claim credentials we do not have.

Scope and price go in writing before any work begins. No surprise invoices.
