Services

Three services at launch.

Each one is scoped to a nation's actual situation. We do not publish prices, and we do not quote before we understand the work.

Lead service

Indirect cost proposal preparation

The problem

Without a current negotiated rate, a nation absorbs administrative costs that federal awards would otherwise share. Building a proposal means assembling cost data, allocating shared costs correctly, and documenting every decision well enough that a federal negotiator can follow it.

The rules are specific. They come from the Uniform Guidance, the federal rule set at 2 CFR Part 200 that governs how federal awards are managed. Most tribal finance offices do not have a spare person who can learn them and do the work on top of a full load.

What we deliver

A complete indirect cost proposal package, ready for your nation to submit to its cognizant federal agency. That includes the rate calculation, the cost policy statement, the supporting schedules, and the documentation behind every allocation decision.

We prepare it. Your nation submits it and negotiates with the agency, and we support you through the questions the agency asks.

What your nation walks away with

The submitted package, the underlying documentation, and finance staff who can explain how the rate was built and maintain the records the next cycle will require.

A rate that reflects real costs lets a nation recover administrative costs it is currently carrying on its own.

What we do not promise. We never promise a particular rate, a particular increase, or a particular dollar figure. The federal agency negotiates and sets the rate. What we promise is a proposal that is complete, documented, and defensible.

Workflow applications

The problem

Grant tracking lives in spreadsheets that one person understands. Reporting means rebuilding the same numbers by hand every quarter. Deadlines depend on somebody remembering. When that person is out, the work stops.

The cost is not only time. It is risk, carried by a small number of people who cannot take a week off without something slipping.

What we deliver

Applications built around how your offices already work. We start from your actual process rather than a template, and we build for grants, finance, reporting, and administration.

We use AI where it removes manual steps, and we tailor each tool to your nation's workflow as that workflow changes. AI is one tool we use. It is not the point.

What your nation walks away with

Working tools, written documentation, and staff trained to run them without calling us.

Fewer manual steps, fewer places for a deadline to fall through, and less dependence on any one person's memory.

Staff training

The problem

Outside help usually leaves and takes the knowledge with it. The nation is left holding a deliverable it cannot maintain and a dependency it did not ask for.

What we deliver

Training on every solution we deliver, built into the engagement rather than sold as an add-on. We train the people who will actually run the work, in plain language, using your nation's real data and real cases.

What your nation walks away with

Staff who can run, explain, and maintain the work after the engagement ends. Capacity that stays in the community.

Pricing

We do not publish prices, because the right scope depends on what we find in the first conversation. A nation with clean cost data and a recent rate needs something different from a nation starting from nothing.

Every engagement is scoped after that conversation. Pricing is agreed in writing before any work begins, and the first conversation costs nothing.

Tell us what is not working.

A grant cycle that eats your staff. A rate that has not been renegotiated in years. Reporting that takes a week every quarter.

Schedule a conversation No cost for a first conversation. No obligation after it.
